20110321 - My First March Vanity Trove

YAY! IT FINALLY ARRIVED!
My IMAGINERY BOYFRIEND GIGGLO(since I used my own money) bought me this~!

(-_-) What a lie. Ah well. Anyway! I subscribed to Vanity Trove.

Vanity Trove is like you pay $25 every month and they deliver random beauty samples to your door step.

Awesomeness because I am too "busy"/lazy to step out of the house to buy my beauty supplies. Yet I really like trying new cosmetics and beauty products. Plus getting a surprise present every month can add excitement & happines to my #foreveralone life. Present for myself every month!

Anyway! Packaging is Pretty~! <3


There are 2 Troves this month and I got the "Go for Glow".
Is actually quite sad coz the other Trove have got candy doll products.
I LOVE Masuwaka Tsubasa ALOT. In fact I got most of her products already. But still..
I dun have her sample packs? ME WANT...

The Trove consists of:

Hmmm... I suppose I can use them when I am going for short trips. And they are made in Japan which is awesomeness! I think the drink is like some sort of collagen drink. Thought it is slightly intimidating but ah well should be fine. Will it make me fat though? *Recalls Collagen Drinks Horror Stories*

Honestly speaking besides the fact that I din manage to get the candy doll trove (T_T) I am slightly disappointed. It doesnt feel like it is worth the price. $25 for all these? It feels like I can go to the counter and request for Trial packs for free although I dun do that... Maybe except for the White Shield Drink which I suspect is a collagen drink. But then again 2 Bottles only costs $12.

Another thing is the payment. Once you subscribe and make the first payment, they will automatically deduct the amount for the Trove every month and you have got to email them to cancel it.
 Can't I buy it as and when I like?

Then again it is NOT ALL THAT BAD. Coz it is all made in Japan. So that redeemed itself already.
I think the brand is quite high end as well.
And I dun particularly have whole range of skin care products of the same brand.
Can bring them to travel as well.
Packaging is really pretty pretty. I am thinking if I manage to get a few more of the same box, I can modify them into a mini drawer. Awesomeness.

Will I continue my subscription? Actually yes. I will see how it goes for the next few months.

#Foreveralone needs some surprises and happiness in life once in awhile.
 
BUT DAMN I REALLY WANT THE CANDY DOLL SAMPLE PACK! 
(Actually I searched the contents of the other trove, if not for the candydoll sample pack, I would have love mine better. Haha)
